How much electrical energy does it typically take to disassociate H2O thru the electrolysis process? 

How much electrical energy does it typically take to disassociate H2O by using an RF signal thru the RET process?

All I know is that according to Faraday, the amount of amperage used is directly proportionate to the amount of separation. I assume that the amount of voltage needed would be proportionate to the distance between the electrodes and the electrolyte used. I heard somewhere that you need at least 4.5V to perform the process. Look up Faraday's laws of electrolysis.

I'm not familiar with the RET process, but I would imagine that it would very with amplitude.

I wouldn't mind a link to a good RET reference.
