Permalink Reply by R W on June 25, 2012 at 12:59pm All I know is that according to Faraday, the amount of amperage used is directly proportionate to the amount of separation. I assume that the amount of voltage needed would be proportionate to the distance between the electrodes and the electrolyte used. I heard somewhere that you need at least 4.5V to perform the process. Look up Faraday's laws of electrolysis.
I'm not familiar with the RET process, but I would imagine that it would very with amplitude.
I wouldn't mind a link to a good RET reference.
