WHAT NOW?

I have designed a process that makes hydrogen production cost-effective.However, I'm so stinking poor I can't build it.I'vetried numerous contacts including the DOE, The White House, senators,congressmen, Al, Gore, Bill Clinton, And Jimmy Carter to name a few.I've also tried many philanthropic organizations, and even celebs.
